Disclaimers and policies

1.0      CONTENT

  • This list is Diamond Detailing LLC's disclaimers and policies which clarify our services. This will promote a better understanding with our customers and all customers are bound by our disclaimers and policies in this list. Quality and care is our number one priority concerning the customers vehicle and service.

2.0      BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

  • All efforts will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested appointment time, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness, customer will be informed if so.

  • Diamond Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any customers appointment no later than 8:30 P.M. the night before the scheduled appointment due to equipment failure, rain, or inclement weather. We may ask if customer has cover or garage to work in, however, if there is no response from the customer, the appointment will automatically be canceled and it is the customers responsibility for rescheduling.

3.0      INTERIOR DETAILS & CLEANING: 

  • Customers are expected to remove their personal items from their vehicle before appointments. Diamond Detailing LLC will not be held reliable to lost items. Removal of excessive items may result in a fee.

  • Glove box and console interiors will not be cleaned if owner does not remove items.

  • Child car seat(s) should be removed prior to the appointment. They will not be reinstalled by Diamond Detailing LLC.

  • Seat belts will be dusted with dry rag only, other cleaning or removal will never be preformed by Diamond Detailing LLC.

  • Excessive pet fur, messes, dirt, or biohazards will have additional charge.

  • Prior to starting the appointment, Diamond Detailing LLC ask our customers to inform us of any components or parts that are broken  prior to detail appointment or about to fail or fall apart before any detailing is started. If this is advised from the customer, extra precaution is taken around the advised parts. Some broken or defective parts may not be able to be cleaned properly.

  • Car seats and custom equipment will not be removed from any vehicle, if the customer requests cleaning under these they must be removed and reinstalled by the customer.

4.0      EXTERIOR DETAILING & CLEANING: 

  • Diamond Detailing LLC will not be held responsible to fix any paint failures that may occur during cleaning. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any faulty conditions on the exterior of their vehicle.

  • Truck beds will not be cleaned unless requested. Additional charge may be required depending on truck bed condition. Light cleaning may be free upon employee discretion. 

5.0    GENERAL​

  • Diamond Detailing LLC will not be held responsible to replace weak or dead batteries. We do not use any form of energy from the car like turning on lights, radio, etc. Leaving doors open during the appointment for proper cleaning can drain a battery if it is already weak prior to the detail appointment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their battery is in properly working. Diamond Detailing LLC will not be held reliable for dead batteries since proper precautions are taken to ensure a battery will not die due to our detailing procedures. 

  • Diamond Detailing LLC will not perform any service that shows any potential to damage your vehicle.

  • If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. For example, there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, biohazards, blood etc.) in the vehicle, you must let the detail technician know before detail is started. The customer is held responsible for any health and safety issues that arise from their vehicle.

  • Customer must understand that services such as detailing, pressure washing, spot cleaning, etc, may reveal imperfections on surfaces that were not visible prior to the detail. 

  • Diamond Detailing LLC will not be held liable for mechanical or electrical failures. This includes, but is not limited to factory and non-factory parts, accessories, and other components. We will not be held reliable to swirls, scratches, dents, and other imperfections already on vehicle.

  • By requesting any of Diamond Detailing LLC's services, you as a customer acknowledges that you fully understand and agree to all of these conditions in this list. 

6.0 DIAMOND DETAILING LLC EXPRESS WASH/INTERIOR DETAIL

  • Diamond Detailing LLC's express option is intended for "maintenance detailing" and designed for newer or regularly detailed or cleaned vehicles. It is not a deep cleaning service. The customer agrees the expectations may be different than a full detail appointment that can take 5-8 hours of labor. 

7.0 DAMAGES/ACCIDENTS

  • All vehicles are required to withstand a normal cleaning process and are cleaned at the customers own risk.

  • Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage from detailing the customers vehicle.

  • In the event of any employee’s gross negligence, reimbursement may be paid for major damage caused to your vehicle. Diamond Detailing LLC has the right to reserve to approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing the reimbursement.

  • After the detail, if the customer has an arising issue that was not noticed during the final walk around, we must be contacted within 24 hours. Pictures of the issues must be emailed to diamond.mobilellc@gmail.com within the 24 hours after the detail. Touch up detail may be scheduled within 5 days time, depending on the situation. 

  • After any service provided, each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Diamond Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all expenses, liabilities, damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.

  • It is the costumers full responsibility to disclose and point out any faulty parts or components in poor condition (on the verge of breaking or tearing) to the detail technician on site, failure to do so, will not make Diamond Detailing LLC be held liable for parts/ components that become damaged during the cleaning process. All necessary precautions will be taken to handle every customers vehicle with care, but not all faulty or poor conditioned parts/components can be known by the detail technician on site, therefore, this makes it the customers full responsibility for any damages on any faulty or poor conditioned parts that were not addressed properly by the customer. 

8.0 PRIVACY 

  • Customer's information will not be sold, given to third parties, or exploited. All information is kept completely confidential.

  • Diamond Detailing LLC has your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes only. Your pictures or videos will never be sold or given to third parties. No information will be revealed in any photos.
